"Unbelievable Experience"
I reached out to Aptamil via social media on November 23, 2022. I shared photos of the defective items—four large cartons of ready-to-feed Stage 3 milk—purchased from Asda Metro Centre in Gateshead. The product is obviously defective, filled with bits and lumps. I’ve sent all the details you asked for on four different occasions. Toyah, the Quality Specialist, seems unable to comprehend my emails, as she keeps replying with the same automated message asking for images and other details that I’ve already provided on Facebook and through email. I’ve taken screenshots of this to your social team once again. As of 10:30 AM this morning, I’ve escalated this to trading standards. I’ve mentioned that this could have posed a risk to my daughter, who just completed chemotherapy, and it could have been dangerous. I’m absolutely livid, especially since you’ve ignored this for over a week without offering any assistance or guidance. The only advice I’ve received is to keep the milk in the fridge just in case we need it. Now I have opened cartons that are absolutely foul in the fridge. I’m beyond furious. This is appalling customer service, particularly for a major baby brand like yours.
